Our team, in partnership with Landmark Realty Group, successfully recapitalized and secured approvals for this Lake Norman development, transforming the site into a 100 unit residential community. Working with local, county, and state agencies, we obtained all necessary permits and approvals.
Originally planned as a 126 unit condominium development with a restaurant, we repositioned the property to better match market demands. Through effective collaboration with regulatory authorities, we secured the required rezoning approvals.
The site was sold to Century Communities who are developing the Waterstone 76 townhomes and 24 condominiums community, which boasts stunning lakeside views, amenity center, and a great location.
